Fishing Tips and Draycote Maps
The following pages provide advice on locations and methods to be used at Draycote.
You can download copies of this map by clicking on the buttons to the left. We have both colour and b & w versions. The bank restrictions due to new overflow works that were in place for 2023 will continue for the start of the 2024 season. We will update the map and web pages as restrictions are lifted.
If you are planning a visit to the fishery there are a number of ways to obtain advice about where to fish and what methods are working best:
1. Check the weekly reports by the fishery management team. They provide an up-to-date summary of where fish have been caught in the previous week and what methods worked then. Click this link to see these reports.
2. Contact the fishery lodge. They are always willing to provide advice and will advise you when you buy a ticket.
3. Check out the general advice on the links below for bank fishing and boat fishing developed from the Association members' knowledge of the fishery.
